Every child is unique. At kitea, we treat each child with kindness, respect, and unconditional appreciation. Our focus is on their strengths, resources, and potential. Our educational approach is child-centered. We support each child as an equal, create reliable conditions, and give them space to develop. We take children seriously in their desire and ability to shape their own learning processes and social relationships.

Daycare centers are places of learning. Learning begins with relationships. For this reason, we cultivate appreciative and respectful relationships on equal terms at all levels: with the children, within the group, within the team, and with the families. By ensuring that all children feel safe, accepted, and well cared for, we create the best foundation for successful skill development.
Together for education
At kitea, children acquire the skills they need to shape a promising future. To achieve this, we support children's (self-)learning processes individually and in a child-centered way.
